About Amanda Stamper

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with years of experience treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, PTSD, and more.  While I have an extensive background working with many different mental health diagnoses, I specialize in anxiety. I am passionate about helping you manage anxety, stress, and overwhelm through evidence-based treatments. I will teach you skills that will allow you to feel confident in your abilities to manage your own emotions and work towards reaching personal goals, such as improving self-esteem and self-compassion.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling mainly from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. As your therapist, I will honor your unique complexities and help you to look at many different aspects of your life that could be impacting your mental health, including environment, physical health, relationships, etc. I bring a warm, fun, and passionate approach to therapy and genuinely want to help you feel better and work towards reaching your personal and emotional goals.
