Rates

$120 per 50 minute session.

I am not in network with any insurance providers, but I can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider in order to seek reimbursement.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept HSA and FSA funds.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
